Egil Kvannli (1972)
Chairman
Mr. Kvannli has served as Chairman of the board since 2010. Mr. Kvannli holds a Bachelor degree in Business and Administration from the Norwegian School of Management. Mr. Kvannli is currently CFO of Fabricom and has previous experience as Financial Director of MI Swaco (Stavanger and Houston) 1997 to 2004; CFO of Sevan Marine ASA (Stavanger and Singapore) from 2004 to 2008; and as Vice President of Finance for REC (Singapore) from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Kvannli has served as board member for among others MI Swaco and Sevan Marine Group.

Terje Martin Halmø (1944)

Dr. Halmø has served as a board member since 2010. Dr. Halmø holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU). Dr. Halmø previous experience as Research Manager at SINTEF from 1970 to 1983; Visiting Scholar at Stanford University and at the University of Washington Seattle from 1978 to 1979; Professor II at NTNU from 1982 to 1987; Professor II at the University of Stavanger from 1993 to 2001; Vice President for Industrial Development for ELF Aquitaine Norge from 1983 to 1988; Executive Vice President Norsk Jern Holding AS from 1988 to 1990; President of Bryns Patentkontor Zacco AS 2001; Senior Vice President Technology for Elkem ASA. Dr. Halmø holds 16 years of experience within Statoil ASA; latest years as Vice President and Country Manager of Algeria from 2003 to 2006; Vice President and Special Advisor INT- North Africa in 2007; Senior Advisor Strategy, International E&P 2007 to 2008. Dr. Halmø was president of Risavika Gas Centre DA from 2008 to 2010.

Eirik Hogner (1985)

Mr. Hogner has served as a board member since 2009. Mr. Hogner is one of the founders of WindFlip AS. Mr. Hogner holds a Master of Science degree in business development from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Mr. Hogner has since 2007 managed his own consultant firm; Hogner Engineering. Mr. Hogner is currently with Norges Bank Investment Management.
